We will have a traditional Shrimp Boil on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 4pm-8pm. This will include one dozen large Gulf shrimp, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, new potatoes, and celery for only $12. These are all boiled in our spicy Louisiana shrimp boil. Shrimp boils occur every Friday from 4pm-8pm. We hope to see you there!

Boo & Thib called today and gave us the good news that the price of crawfish has started to come down. So, as we promised, we are trying our best at Shrimp and Bayou Classics to have the bugs every Saturday throughout the season. But that’s not going to deters us from all the other good things that the bayou can offer.
This has been a very good season for oysters, so now that the weather has given us a small opening, we are featuring chargrilled oysters, fried oyster baskets, and fried oyster po’boys, as well as boiled crawfish this Saturday, March 16, 2019. This week, since we are also doing oysters, crawfish sales will be by the pound only with NO platters of corn, sausage, potatoes, etc. available. Pricing will be $7/lb. for however many pounds you want. Last week, we went through 350 lbs. However, this week we won’t have as much, so plan accordingly.
Oyster lovers, mark your calendar! This has been one of the best seasons for the bivalves in recent memory. They have been extra plumb and quality has been phenomenal. There is no reason this haul should be anything but the same. A.D. the oyster man will be on the grill all Saturday and he has been out of his mind with the weather, just waiting to chargrill some oysters. So, whether it is chargrilled, fried oyster po’boys, or just fried oyster baskets, this is your week!

Along with our creative specials each week, we will feature a Po’boy that we often make for ourselves but don’t have on our regular menu and serve it Thursday through Sunday.
